Heard Shri N.R. Saboo, learned counsel for the applicant.

(2) Vide order dated 22.07.2019 the application for restoration of writ petition was allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- within a period of four weeks from the date of order. However, costs was not paid therefore the present application is preferred seeking extension of time to deposit the costs.

(3) Shri N.R. Saboo, learned counsel for applicant himself has filed affidavit and explained the fact as to why the costs could not be deposited within a stipulated time.

(4) I am satisfied with the reasons given on oath. Hence, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. The applicant is permitted to deposit the costs as per order dated 22.07.2019 within a period of one week from today. JUDGE Wagh
