This application is for seeking directions that the amount of compensation be disbursed to the respondents as per their names reflecting in the Adhar Card.

As per contention of the respondents, in the memo of appeal, the name of respondent No.3 is mentioned as Sau. Kantabai Madukar Tunukale where as school leaving certificate shown as Suryakanta Ganpatrao Tokse. After marriage, the name of respondent No.3 is changed as Suryakanta Madhukar Thunukale.

The name of respondent No.4 in the appeal memo is also reflected as Sau. Ratnabai Saragdhar Sthul whereas her document shown her name as Ratnaprabha Ganpatrao Tokse and after marriage it is changed as Ratnaprabha Sarang Sthul.
