Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

The appellant, wife, was prosecuting a remedy before a wrong Forum by filing an appeal under Section 372, Criminal Procedure Code. The entire period was spent before the wrong forum.

Learned Adv. Ms. Deshpande has vehemently opposed the application, since the delay is huge. However, I find that Section 14 of the Limitation

Act provides for an exemption in such cases and, therefore, there is a reason to condone the delay. Hence I make the following order:- Delay is condoned.
