This is an application filed by the applicants - original claimants for direction to deposit the amount of compensation in the account of applicant - Anil Nathuji Sawai. The applicants (original claimants) have executed special power of attorney in favour of applicant - Anil Nathuji Sawai. The bank details of Anil Sawai are also furnished. In that view and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Applicant Anil Nathuji Sawai is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs.20,61,017/- along with the accrued interest and also the further amount of compensation, that may be deposited in future with accrued interest.

2 CAF596.21 The steps in accordance with this order for withdrawal be taken within a period of four weeks from today.
