As some disputed questions of facts, which can be satisfactorily answered by the Trial Court, arise, we refrain from making any observation.
We direct non-applicant No.1 to present charge-sheet within two weeks with pre-intimation to the applicant. The applicant is given liberty to raise all contentions before the Trial Court by moving application for discharge or then he can also seek expeditious disposal of the trial itself.
