CORAM : A.S. CHANDURKAR, J.

DATED : OCTOBER 24, 2016.

Shri Vyas, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the writ petition for some time, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of termination dated 1.7.2013, as disclosed by the respondents in their reply. Shri M. Anilkumar, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that if any liberty is granted, the legal rights of the respondents should be protected to enable them to oppose the proceedings on merits/delay. Having perused the memorandum of appeal, reply as well as the impugned order, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. He is at liberty to take such steps as are permissible in law to challenge the order of termination dated 1.7.2013. All contentions of the respondents in that regard are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of.
