DATED : 21-1-2015 This is an application filed by the Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation praying for permission to get impleaded as party to the proceedings. The Executive Engineer, Medium Project, Chandrapur is already made party to the proceedings and is arrayed as the appellant No.3 in the memorandum of appeal. The civil application as filed is misconceived. It is dismissed.

Shri M.A. Kadu, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the appellants submits that the entire amount as per the impugned order has been deposited with the Registry of this Court. Accepting the statement, it is directed that the interim order granted by this Court shall continue until further orders.
