For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of second appeal is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

CIVIL APPLICATION (S) NO.271 OF 2020 3.

It appears that the Registrar (J) by its order dated 22.11.2018 dismissed the appeal against respondent Nos.12 and 13 on the ground that the appellant has not filed an application for correct address of respondent Nos.12 and 13 for service of injunction writ.

The record shows that these respondents were served on civil application as well as on merit of the second appeal. Therefore, no fault on the part of the appellant is seen. Hence, the application is allowed. The appeal be restored against respondent Nos.12 and 13.
