The applicant herein has sought to condone the delay in filing the application for restoration and has further sought to restore the appeal, which was dismissed for not filing the paper-book.

For the reasons stated in the delay condonation application and the restoration application, the delay is condoned and the appeal is restored. Both the applications are disposed of accordingly.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has further stated that filing of paper-book be dispensed with.
