On the last occasion, we had suggested the learned Counsel for the Respondent University to look into the grievance of the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent University states that as regards withholding of the examination by the University

30-W.P.No.1463.2022.odt in respect of the Petitioner is concerned that same is redressed and the Petitioner is permitted to do so. As regards the providing copy of Ordinance is concerned, the same has been given to the Petitioner. The Petitioner-in-person states that the complete copy is not given, and seeks to raise further contentions as regards the Ordinance.

According to us, the Petitioner, who is a student, for the purpose of his studies should be more interested in the syllabus and the study material. The issues sought to be raised by him do not relate to his personal cause.

In light of the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent University, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.
