By this petition, the petitioner impugns the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Delhi dated 13.04.2012. The petition is filed on 02.03.2015. A preliminary objection is raised on behalf of the respondents to the tenability of the writ petition in the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court. It is stated that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Delhi that stands confirmed by the order passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi, the petitioner would be required to challenge the order before the Delhi High Court.
By upholding the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondents, we decline to entertain the petition. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are, however, kept open.
