On account of age of the appellant, the matter be fixed for hearing at an early stage. Even some of the respondents are also senior citizens.

The application is disposed of.

SECOND APPEAL NO.269/2014 This Court has directed to frame the questions suggested at serial nos.4 and 5 in the memorandum of appeal as substantial questions of law as per the order dated 11/04/2016. On reading them, learned Advocate for the appellant feels that they are not happily worded. Both the sides are at liberty to address the Court on that issue and in case of error, they will be framed properly.

The matter be kept on 07/10/2021.
