Heard Shri N.R. Saboo, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner, Shri N.S. Khubalkar, learned AGP for respondent No. 1 and Shri Piyush Girdekar, learned counsel for respondent No. 2.

Perused the reply filed on behalf of Respondent No. 1.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 states that he has not received the copy of said reply. A perusal of reply shows that part of amount payable to the petitioner is already received by him. According to Shri Saboo, learned counsel, roughly an amount of Rs.25,000/- is still outstanding.

The learned AGP is seeking time to verify this position.

Shri Saboo, learned counsel states that the petitioner has been called by the office of Respondent No. 1 on 26.06.2016 for this purpose.

Hence, without observing anything on merits of the matter and as most of the amount is already received by

0606can21.15 the petitioner, we direct Respondent No. 1 to release balance amount, if any, within a further period of two months from 26.06.2016. The amount still due and payable shall be worked out on 26.06.2016 or such other date as is convenient to the parties as also Respondent No. 1 and thereafter shall be released to the applicant/ petitioner. With these directions, civil application is disposed of. No order as to costs.
