During pendency of this petition, the parties have arrived at settlement of which a joint pursis has been filed, which is taken on record and marked as "Article - X" for identification. The joint pursis is signed by Petitioners as well as Law Officer of Axis Bank, who is present in Court. Both sides have accepted, agreed the arrangement, which was made towards full and final settlement. We take the settlement as an undertaking given to this Court. Obviously, in view of settlement, we expect that Bank would not initiate further steps unless there is a single default in the agreed installments. Today, Demand Draft of Rs.27,00,000/- has been handed over to Mr Dinesh Navalkar appearing on behalf of Respondent No.4 Bank. 3.

In view of above, criminal writ petition stands disposed. In case there is a single default, the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2022, would stand revived.
