Petitioner has not taken necessary steps to effect service on respondent nos.1 and 2 in contempt petition.

Respondent nos.1 and 2 were directed to consider proposal of petitioner for opening New Urdu Medium Secondary School for Girls within three months. This order was passed on 26th of September, 2013 in W.P.No.4656 of 2013. The Contempt Petition has been filed on 2nd of March, 2015 and office note shows that after this Court issued notice, the contempt petitioner has not taken necessary steps to complete service.

This may be only on account of possible compliance with the directions.

In this situation, we dispose of the Contempt Petition.
