The petitioners who are the original plaintiffs are aggrieved by the order passed below Exhibit 245 and 248 whereby the permission sought by them to place documents on record has been rejected.

One of the grounds assigned is that the said applications were filed when the suit was fixed for final arguments. Considering aforesaid aspect, I am not inclined to examine the challenge as raised to the impugned orders in writ jurisdiction. With liberty to the petitioner to raise the challenge to the aforesaid order in appeal if the occasion arises, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
