The Petitioners have filed their representation to the Authority on 11 February 2021, and have filed this Writ Petition immediately on 18 February 2021. The Petitioners are relying upon the law laid down by this Court in Writ Petition No.2358/2013.

As on today neither there is any denial of any relief to the Petitioners by any order, nor the delay can be considered as so gross to issue a writ of mandamus. The Writ Petition is therefore premature, as there is no warrant to presume that the Respondents will not give effect to the law laid down by this Court and give the benefits sought for. 4.

While we do not entertain this Writ Petition, it is not to be construed that the representation of the Petitioners will not be decided at all, and the same be decided within a reasonable time. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of .
