We permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent-Collector on 15th May, 2025 in the wake of the proceedings initiated by him under Section 14 (1) (h) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959. 3.

In case if the petitioner accordingly appears before the Collector in the aforesaid proceedings, the Collector is directed to decide the same within four months from the date of appearance.
