CORAM : B.P.DHARMADHIKARI & S.B.SHUKRE, JJ DATE : 31.3.2015 The petitioner has approached this court pointing out the pendency of the caste claim and apprehension of termination. He has joined the employment on 5.9.1995. 2.

Shri A.M.Deshpande, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 Committee, states that the verification proceedings are at the stage of vigilance cell inquiry. According to him, about one year would be required to complete the verification. Shri Wankhede, Advocate appears for respondent no.2.

In this situation, we direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.1 Committee on 25 th May, 2015 and

The Committee shall thereafter proceed to verify the caste claim in accordance with law and attempt to complete the proceedings within next one year. Interim orders granted by this Court on 3.3.2015 to continue till then and shall be subject to it. 4.

Argument of Advocate Shri Khati about grant of protection in employment shall be considered thereafter if occasion arises. Writ Petition is accordingly partly allowed and disposed of. No order as to costs.
