After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh if there is change in circumstance.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty for file afresh if there is change in circumstance.

The trial Court shall expedite the trial.
