Perused the Pursis, signed by the petitioner and both the respondents. They have settled the dispute. The petitioner is already reinstated on 01/09/2018. Even after the filing of this Pursis, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that even he has resigned. 3.
There is a direction to pay full back-wages from the date of termination till reinstatement, as per the order passed by the University and College Tribunal, Nagpur. Both have settled at the figure of Rs. 33,00,000/- (Rs. Thirty Lakhs only) towards back-wages. The petitioner admits that he has received that amount in the following manner:
a) Total of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh only) withdrawn from the amount deposited in this Court. b) By getting the transfer of an amount of Rs. 21,45,591/- (Rs. Twenty One Lakh Forty Five thousand Five Hundred and Ninety One Only) from the amount deposited in this Court by the respondent.

2/2 c) Rs.1,54,409/-(Rs.One Lakh Fifty Four Thousand Four Hundred and Nine only) being an amount transferred by respondents in the bank account of the petitioner directly. 4] In view of the above, now the petitioner does not want to prosecute this Contempt Petition anymore. Even the respondent has filed an affidavit bearing Stamp No. 08/2021 in support of this joint Pursis.
5] In view of the above, the following order is passed:- i) Nazar is directed to transfer an amount of Rs. 21,45,591/- (Rs. Twenty One Lakh Forty Five thousand Five Hundred and Ninety One Only) along with accrued interest in the saving bank account No. 68004386653 (IFSC Code MAHB0000055).
ii) Contempt Petition is disposed of as settled.
