In view of the objection raised on behalf of the respondents to the tenability of the criminal writ petition in view of the remedy of approaching the concerned judge of the trial court in regard to the running of the sentences concurrently, Shri Mohod, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would file proceedings before the appropriate court for seeking the relief.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the criminal writ petition with no order as to costs.
