Inadvertently, it is wrongly mentioned. Both the parties admitted the properties at Gumthada, Tahsil-Nagpur (Gramin), District-Nagpur, in fact, is not the subject matter of earlier suit. Inadvertent mistake needs to be rectified by deleting words in paragraph No.5 line No. 6 i.e. "Khadgaon and Municipal House No.29" and by substituting word "Gumthada, Tahsil-Nagpur (Gramin), District-Nagpur. 2.

Necessary corrections be made in the order and be uploaded.
