In the disposed of matter, the respondent no.5 has moved an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the State pursuant to an order passed by this Court on 2nd December, 2016.

Learned AGP strongly objects the prayer of the respondent no.5 seeking withdrawal of the amount.

Mr. Chiwarkar, holding for Mr. Parchure, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter has already been disposed of, they are not holding the brief.
