Learned APP Shri Damle strongly objected the application.
The case of prosecution is based only on circumstantial evidence. As per say of prosecution the present applicant has destroyed the evidence and therefore, he is liable for punishment under section 201 of IPC. From the perusal of the charge-sheet the applicant has not taken any active part in the crime. The other co-accused are released on bail. Hence, the following order. The application is allowed.
The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount on following conditions.
The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of

The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.
The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.
Breach of any condition amounts to cancellation of bail.
