Challenge is to the order dated 28.01.2014 passed below Ex. 57 on the application for amendment moved by the original plaintiff.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the interlocutory nature of the order, I am not inclined to interfere in the Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioners-defendants to raise a grievance in respect of order passed below Ex. 57 in appeal if occasion therefor arises. All points are kept open. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
