By the present application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 128 days in filing the appeal against the order of conviction.

It is contended that the appellant is poor and, therefore, he was not engage the counsel. Hence, he approached to the legal aid committee and for completing entire process to provide legal aid to him, the delay has been caused in filing the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 128 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. The appeal be registered. CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. OF 2024 1.
