Admittedly, the petitioner is a State Government employee. 3.

Considering the nature of reliefs claimed in the petition, we are of the view that the petitioner has a remedy of approaching the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

That being so, reserving a liberty in favour of the petitioner to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, we refrain ourselves from causing any indulgence at this stage. 5.
