By this application, the applicant is seeking directions to provide the medical treatment to the convict being of unsound mind. Now, the sentence of the present applicant is already suspended, and he is already released on bail. Therefore, the application becomes infructuous. 2.

In view of the above, the criminal application (APPA) No. 225 of 2024 is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appeal can be heard finally and requested an early disposal of the matter, as the appellant is suffering from mental illness.
