The judgment does not suffer from any error which is apparent on the face of the record.

The grounds are that this Court has not considered certain vital aspects including that the Will Exhibit 31 is indeed shrouded by suspicious circumstances. If the conclusions arrived at by this Court are erroneous, the same can be corrected in appropriate proceedings. However, this review application is clearly misconceived.

The application is rejected.
