It is stated that as per order dated 15/03/2019 and 28/08/2019 passed by this Court, the appellants have deposited Rs.2,09,580/- (Rs. Two lacs nine thousand five hundred and eighty) vide CCDR No. 0097 dated 02/05/2019 with the Registry of this Court. The claimant/respondent No. 1/decree holder seeks permission to withdraw the same as the applicant is facing financial crisis due to Covid-19 lock-down. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and considering the amount involved, the
