DATED : 24/02/2023 By preferring this application, the appellants are seeking permission to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the respondents through the Power of Attorney appellant No.3 Pramod Amrutrao Bhalerao. First Appeal is already partly allowed vide the Judgment dated 24.9.2019. Application is supported by the special Power of Attorney which shows that special Power of Attorney is executed in favour of appellant No.3 Pramod Amrutrao Bhalerao by the other appellants.

In view of the Power of Attorney executed in favour of the appellant No.3, appellant No.3 is permitted to withdraw the amount on behalf of all the appellants. The amount be disbursed on due identification and

(2) 13.caf.504.2023 verification. After withdrawal of the amount appellant No.3 Pramod Amrutrao Bhalerao shall file an affidavit contending that he has disbursed the compensation amount to all other appellants.
