By this petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to decide pending representations dated 04.02.2025 and 13.02.2025 made by him to the Collector, Amravati. 2.

In that view of the matter, we are of the view that a purpose would be served, if the Collector, Amravati is directed to decide the above referred representations of the petitioner within time bound period.

Accordingly, we direct the Collector, Amravati to decide the representations of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, by considering the grounds raised in the present petition in addition to the representations.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of the petition as well as this order to the Collector, Amravati within one week.

Any decision on such representations shall be nd.thawre
