Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 11/2020 registered with Police Station Khamgaon City, Tahsil Khamgaon, District Buldhana for offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel Mr. S.A. Mohta states that similar circumstanced co-accused is protected vide order dated 28.09.2020 in Criminal Application (ABA) 338/2020. 4.

It is fairly not disputed by the learned APP Mrs. Deshpande that the applicant is similarly situated as

aba142.21.O.odt the co-accused who is granted pre-arrest protection by this Court vide order dated 28.09.2020 in Criminal Application (ABA) 338/2020.

On principle of parity, the interim pre-arrest protection granted vide order dated 05.03.2021 is made absolute on the same conditions subject to the modification that till the charge-sheet is filed the attendance at the concerned police station shall be as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
