By this application, respondent No.1 is seeking permission to withdraw the amount.

2] The appeal is already disposed of. In order dated 22/7/2022, this Court noted that respondent No.1 is the only legal heir of respondent No.3 who expired on 8/12/2012. He had also placed on record the legal heir certificate.

3] In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest. The amount be disbursed on due identification and verification.

4] The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.
