I have perused the reasons recorded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-10, Nagpur while denying pre-arrest protection to the applicant in Crime 065/2021 registered with Police Station Nandanwan, Nagpur for offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 144, 147, 148, 149 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge-10, Nagpur has noted that the applicant is already facing prosecution under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code and the instant crime is committed while on bail.

I do not see any reason to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant.
