Mrs. Jog, learned counsel for the applicant - petitioner.

Shri Kapgate, Shri Gadkari and Shri Khade, learned counsel for the respective respondents are seeking time to file reply to the application for amendment. After hearing Mrs. Jog, learned counsel, we find that this Court on 09.02.2015 permitted the applicant intervenors to be added as Respondent Nos. 4 to 7. By amendment application, the effort of the petitioner is to raise suitable contentions against those respondents. In this situation, without prejudice to the defences available to the said respondents, we allow the amendment application. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

Liberty to the said respondents to file their reply/ additional reply thereafter within a further period of two weeks.

List the matter for further consideration on 06.04.2015.
