Heard.
Perused the F.I.R. and reply filed by the prosecution. The applicant is in jail since 15/10/2017. Major part of the investigation is over. Looking to the nature of offence alleged against the applicant, I do not think, in these circumstances, any purpose would be served by keeping the applicant behind the bar.
Hence, the application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- together with one or two solvent sureties in the like sum on the conditions that the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station everyday between 06:00 p.m. and 08:00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet, shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall co-operative with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case. The application is disposed of accordingly.
