Learned Advocate for the petitioners at the out set states that the grievance of the petitioners would be ventilated if the respondent no. 4 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 05.05.2022. 3.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioners, which I find reasonable, the present Writ Petitions can be disposed of by directing respondent no. 4 to decide representation of the petitioners dated 05.05.2022 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within four weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.

It is made clear that the representation dated 05.05.2022 shall be decided on its own merit and in accordance with law.
