This is an application taken out by the respondent-wife for permission to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1,20,000/- deposited by the petitioner-husband. 2.

However, both the learned counsel state that dispute is amicably resolved. It is agreed that the amount of Rs. 1,20,000/- as deposited by the petitioner-husband shall be withdrawn not by the wife but by the petitioner-husband who shall then pay the wife amount of Rs. 5,50,000/- out of which Rs. 2,00,000/- is already paid.

In view of the amicable settlement, the respondent-wife is not pressing this application. 4.

The application is disposed of.

In view of the amicably settlement of the dispute, this petition is disposed of by mutual consent. 2.

The amount of Rs. 1,20,000/- which is deposited by the petitioner-husband may be withdrawn by the petitioner-husband.
