In the operative order of the Judgment dated 31.01.2024, of this Court, after clause (ii) add "(ii-a) The orders passed by the Divisional Joint Register Co-operative Societies, Nagpur, dated 20.01.2022, 24.01.2022 and 07.04.2022, are hereby quashed and set aside." and in clause (v), in place of "four weeks", the words 'four months" be added.
