This is an application for condonation of delay. There is delay of 662 days in filing review application. The cause for delay shown in the application is that, after order was passed by this Court on 03.04.2018, the Division Bench of this Court in a similar matter, passed judgment on 09.04.2019 and if it is considered, the view taken by this Court in the order dated 03.04.2018, needs to be reviewed.

The learned counsel for the non-applicant No.1 opposes the present application.

However, considering the date of subsequent judgment and considering the fact that the applicant is seeking review on the said ground, according to me, the delay is properly explained. Hence, The application is allowed.
