DATED :- 10.03.2021 After hearing this matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to resort to such other appropriate remedy as may be available in law for seeking custody of the child. He also makes a request that if such recourse to an alternate remedy is taken, the concerned forum may be directed to dispose of the application on its own merit as expeditiously as possible. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. We dispose of the petition as withdrawn. We would also like to observe here that if recourse to the alternate remedy is taken, the concerned forum would have to decide the application in its own merit as early as possible, which is the mandate of law.
