2] The applicant is convicted for offence punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years. 3] The applicant is in jail since 20.12.2018.

4] Considering the nature of accusations, and particularly the fact that the sentence is of relatively short duration and this Court may not be in a position or otherwise inclined to take up this matter with priority, the sentence is suspended.

5] The applicant be released on bail on the same
