ORDER

(Passed on 09.09.2023) The Claimant/Appellant and respondent/s are present. The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "N". Terms of compromise are read over and recorded.

In view of compromise, award is passed. The Claimant/Appellant shall be entitled to withdraw amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest, after deducting the amount, if any already withdrawn and the balance shall be paid to Insurance Company as per terms of compromise.
