This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and decree passed by Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad in Land Acquisition Case No.53/2006 dated 07.02.2014. 2.
I have heard Mr. Patre, learned counsel for the applicant. There is a delay of 655 days.

Notices on this application were issued on 13.06.2017. Mr. Balpande, learned A.G.P. appears on behalf of non applicant nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Raibhandare, Advocate appears for non applicant no.3. Both these counsel for non applicants submit that they have no objection for condoning the delay.
