4] In the event of arrest in Crime 352/2019 registered with Police Station Civil Lines, Akola for offence punishable under Sections 294, 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs.16,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand) with a surety of like amount.
