(i) The learned District Judge, Yavatmal shall endevour to decide Civil Appeal No.24 of 2022 within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (ii) Till the decision of the appeal, further proceeding in Special Civil Suit No.51 of 2023, pending on the file of Civil Judge Senior Judge, Yavatmal, shall remain stayed. 2.
