ATE : FEBRUARY 01 , 2024 In view of the affidavit tendered by respondent, Mr.Narnaware, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the order is complied with and as such the Contempt Petition can be disposed of.

2) He would claim that in case, if any fresh action is initiated against the petitioner pursuant to the outcome of the Special Leave Petition, which is said to be pending before the Apex Court as reflected in the compliance affidavit, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach afresh.
