This petition raises a challenge to the interim stay granted by the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur to the disqualification of the respondent No.1.

Whereas, it is an admitted fact that the appeal is pending with the Additional Commissioner.

In that view of the matter, I do not wish to interfere with the interim order. However, considering the fact that the matter relates to the disqualification, I am of the opinion that a purpose would be served, if the Additional commissioner is directed to decide the appeal within a stipulated period. 4.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur to decide the Appeal No.146/2023-24, within three months from today. [ANIL S. KILOR, J.] nd.thawre
